Kris Kristofferson, Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle y Gillian Welch recrean el álbum de Johnny Cash “Bitter Tears”

Johnny Cash publicó en 1964 el álbum conceptual “Bitter Tears: Ballads of the American Indian”, en el que daba cuenta de las injusticias cometidas con los nativos americanos.

Para celebrar el 50 aniversario, Kris Kristofferson, Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Bill Miller, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, Norman y Nancy Blake, The Milk Carton Kids y Rhiannon Giddens han grabado el álbum “Look Again to the Wind: Johnny Cash’s Bitter Tears Revisited”, el que recrean las canciones de “Bitter Tears”.

Con producción de Joe Henry, “Look Again to the Wind” ha sido grabado en Los Ángeles, Nashville y en la Cash Cabin, en Hendersonville, Tennessee. El lanzamiento está previsto para el 19 de agosto.
